Yuwie VS MySpace ! who will win? Yuwie why you ask .

There's a new social networking website, creeping up to popularity. It is eerily similar to MySpace, except that Yuwie actually pays it users to use it's features. From networking, to inviting friends, to blogging and personalizing your profile - you name the MySpace feature, Yuwie got it. Here is my opinion on this new social networking site that has been around for about 2 months. Below are some of the many benefits of Yuwie, categorized for comparison to other social networking websites, such as MySpace.

Profile

The Yuwie profile is very similar to MySpace; However, on Yuwie, you are not required to fill in any info you'd rather not. Also, if you're into customizable profiles, any profile codes you use for MySpace will also work for Yuwie. Just go to any free profile design sites made for MySpace, find your code and copy/paste into your Yuwie profile, just as you would with MySpace.

Friends

Just like on MySpace, you'll be able to add friends to your list. You choose whether to accept or deny when you get requests. I have found that on Yuwie, I get many more friend requests than on MySpace, which could prove beneficial for promotion or networking.

Comment Section

Yes, there is even a comment section on the Yuwie profile. Use this to communicate with your Yuwie friends, such as telling them to have a great day or thanking for something . Unless a friend requires moderated comments, your comments will show up instantly.

Blog

If you enjoy blogging, you can also do so on Yuwie. The Yuwie blog also allows html code, so for those who are html savvy, you are covered at Yuwie.

Bulletins

You can still post bulletins at Yuwie, just like at MySpace. Bulletins are an easy way of announcing something to your entire friends list, without having to mail each one individually. The only downside to Yuwie bulletins is that html is not allowed. It is allowed on MySpace. However, html is allowed everywhere else on Yuwie, so many don't really mind this.

Clubs

Just like on MySpace, clubs can be created on Yuwie. Maybe you'd like to create a writer's club, a mom's club, or a club for fans of your favorite singer or sports team. Whatever you have in mind, you can create a club on Yuwie. I have noticed that with Yuwie, people were quicker to join my clubs than on MySpace. I'm not sure why yet, but it is nice.

Control Panel

Yes, unlike MySpace, Yuwie has an easy to navigate control panel. It is similar to "home" on MySpace. However, all your features are right there together, making it much easier to figure out what to do and how to do it. Just by adding this feature alone, Yuwie has one up on MySpace because for those who have a hard time navigating the computer, all the options are right there and easy to understand.

Payment?

Yes, payment. Unlike other social networking sites, Yuwie actually pays people use its features. That's right. So, you're essentially getting paid to hang out with your Yuwie friends, which could very well be your same friends that you hang out with in "real" life or on MySpace. In order to increase payment, users should frequently comment on and view others' profiles and also refer others to Yuwie. All of these earn Yuwie views and referrals which can later be redeemed for payment once you have earned enough.
